What are the biggest challenges creative agencies and brand marketers face when working together? The answers – and the implications – may surprise you.

Central Desktop surveyed more than 500 marketers and agency folks about the state of agency/client collaboration. We found that:

  • clients have little patience for agencies who don't solve problems.
  • agencies struggle with managing demands.
  • both agencies and marketers agree that collaboration tools improve project management.
